Hi there, I keep getting this error message when I launch a couple of my inventory items: "Error 21916496: Shipping cost cannot be calculated when the item is located outside the US. Use flat rate shipping. Shipping cost cannot be calculated when the item is located outside the US. Use flat rate shipping." I don't understand why the system keeps thinking the item is outside the US (it is in WA state). Is there a setting somewhere that I just can't find that is set wrong? Thanks in advance!

Hello,
In order to correct this, please first select the inventory item to edit. Then go to the "Site Specifics" tab and edit the "Shipping" section. Then change the "Ship-From Location" fields to a US location and zip code. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
