I just tried to click chat 3 times and took me to singles sex sites.
Also the phone support appears to be grayed out.
The chat and phone icons should both be grayed out when you go to the help section in your account without the Personal Assistance plan enabled.
Try simply clearing the recent history/files from your browser, then restart it and check the help page again. It should only show the 'request support' icon of the 3 in that section.
