I was wondering if there is an updated list of restricted trade-marked items that we cannot offer for sale in our web stores or auctions.

Hello Christal,

Please take a look at our Stores Policy User Agreement, which you may locate here:

http://www.vendio.com/ecommerce/terms/stores_terms

There is not a specific list of items that are not allowed, unfortunately. You will need to make sure that the items you are selling comply with our user agreement, and also that you have the legal right to be selling them online.
