Customer has completed checkout as well as paid for item they purchased.
However in the charges/credits window it shows "ERROR 1 Service is unavailable"
I have tried everything I know to do to get it to display total amount due and total amount paid. Nothing has worked. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your prompt response. It would be nice if I could get this resolved by Monday but it is not a necessity as I can verify payment through paypal.
Look forward to learning what is causing the problem so I can prevent it in the future.

Hello,
I wanted to let you know that I have heard back from the engineers, and the problem is that USPS First-Class Mail International cannot be used to ship to Israel, unfortunately. In order to avoid this problem in the future, please add a second international shipping option to your listing.

Well that is odd. I took package to Post Office and told them I wanted to ship cheapest way possible. They told me as long as it did not have any hazardous materials in it the cheapest way would be First Class International. So that is how it shipped.
