Hi

I added a couple of categories in my ebay store. what do I have to do to make the changes be refelected in vendio.

Hello,

From the My Account page, click on the eBay link under Site Specifics. From here you can click to import/update your stored eBay storefront categories. Just click to save the change once finished.

I can't get my catagories to update. I've disabled the firewall and noting is making the catagories change. As a matter of fact they have reverted back to catagories I had several months ago.

Any suggestions?

Hello Troubleatfifty,

I have performed the category update for you. Please take a look now at your categories -- if it's not correct, please let us know what should be there versus what is there so we can look into this further.
