I still have to go in an manually revise my listings to change it from insurance "not offered" to "included with S&H." I can't figure out why, it appears I've set my preferences correctly.
They used to come up correctly, I've not made any changes...
Your default for eBay site specifics states 'included with S&H' -- did you just recently change that? If you did, anything that had old defaults will still need to be edited individually. If you were to create a new item now, it should state insurance is included.

I haven't changed any of the settings for insurance. The auctions that show "included with S&H" are becuase I manually revised the auctions.
In the past, the auctions would list correctly, then I didn't list anything for a while, and didn't change the preferences, but the end result is different.
The way my preferences are set now "should" produce the correct results, but it's not. Very strange, any ideas?
Unfortunately I'm not sure what is going on here. It does seem pretty strange. If this happens again, will you do us a favor and let us know before you edit it? Since I can verify right now that your settings are correct, if it changes on you then we can log a bug if necessary.
