I'm having a hard time editing items in my inventory. It just started happening a couple of hours ago. When I go to edit any line, ie title, subtitle, the whole line goes blank and then it won't let me save any changes.
I'm running Mac OSX Jaguar and using Firefox browser. Is there something wrong? Somebody help!!

I'm having the same problem - I'm running Mac OS X and it won't work in Netscape (which it usually does) or in Safari. I had to go to my husbands laptop (PC) to edit inventory to launch today.

Do you think it's a Mac issue? I wasn't having any problems 3 or 4 hours ago. You're getting along fine on the PC? What a drag.

It's a Vendio issue with Macs. At least you know it's not your computer, but yes, it was fine on my husbands PC. I was fine until a few hours ago too.

Problem must be inherent with Firefox version as works fine in IE Explorer

I'm using Firefox 1.0 on a Mac with OSX 10.2.8 Jaguar. It might be too late, but it's still happening!! If possible please help!!

I still can't do anything in Netscape or Safari this morning. I'm trying to change the quantity of an item that's out of stock down to "0" and it won't let me.

Still nothing today - can anyone else that uses Mac do anything with their inventory (edit or create)?

Same problem here. I try to edit a line in inventory and the whole line goes blank.
Running OSX 10.3.8 with Firefox 1.0.1
I also have the same results with Safari.
I can't edit multiple items as well.

...as a follow up.
I have been using Firefox for months now and has always worked fine until the past couple of days.

Still having no luck with Firefox or Safari now but I just downloaded Netscape 7.2 and it seems to be working fine now.
I guess until Vendio figures out why Firefox and Safari isn't working, go download Netscape in the meantime.
I prefer the above 2 over Netscape so please keep us updated Vendio

Hi there,
We're looking into this now. The problem appears to be limited to specific browsers, so as a workaround, I would recommend trying Internet Explorer instead of Firefox/Netscape/Safari.
We will continue to look into this in the meantime, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

I'm having trouble too editing or creating new inventory.the problem start late last night.
I have IE,and window xp
I am an able to use these fiedls:
edit pic
editing description
Preview.
My pop-up blocker is turned OFF
