This is my first attempt at trying to list an eBay auction using Vendio, and I can't even do the first step!
The first thing I did was to click the little box beside "Images." Nothing happened. Then I clicked the blank box which says "Blank" inside it, and was taken to the "Edit Images" page. I clicked the folder where my images are supposed to be (I had just uploaded them). Nothing happened again. "Attached Images" says No Images Attached.
It says to "---use 'Ctrl-Click'to select multiple images at once. I have a Ctrl button, of course, but no Click button. What is that?
Would someone please help me to get started by telling me step-by-step in very simple language how to do this?

Hi there,
I'm not exactly sure what steps you are at in your auction launching. However, there are getting started guides that are printable directly from the help section. I would suggest printing those guides and having them handy while listing.
Secondly, the ctrl+click is a method. You press ctrl and click your mouse on the images you want to select.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I tried to print out the Getting Started List for Sales Manager Inventory Edition but it would not print. When I started reading it, I got the Acrobat Reader message, "There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding." I think page one did not even show up.

usually when you uploadyour images they will settle in the unfiled folder until you delegate them to a specific image folder.....maybe that's why u can't find the images....click on all folders or unfiled maybe you will find them there....

I cannot access the Get Started Lists in the Help section. After I logged off the internet after posting above, I had a Microsoft Online Crash Analysis message which said that I need to uninstall the old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and install the latest version and then I would be able to read the lists.
So I did that, but still cannot access the Get Started lists. I clicked on "Get Started Lists" and then "Inventory Edition," and got a File Download box which says, "You are downloading the file smie.pdf from www.vendio.com. Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?" But it will NOT open! It says Windows can't open it and needs to know what program created it. How would I know that?
I saved it to my computer and will attempt to read it again after I post this.
The only thing I have been able to do toward listing an auction is upload some pictures. But I couldn't do anything so went ahead and just listed it using eBay's form, and deleted my pictures from here.
Would like to try again if I can ever access the Get Started Lists.

Still cannot open the Get Started List for Sales Manager Inventory Edition, even though I downloaded it to my computer. It still says "Windows cannot open this file----needs to know what program created it---.

Hello Greta,
You will need a copy of Adobe's reader to view these files. If you dont already have it installed in your copy of Windows you can download it by clicking here.

I have Adobe's Reader.
When I first started trying to access the Get Started Lists and How to Use Guides and was unsuccessful, I got a message that I needed to upload the latest version, so I did that last night, but the matter is worse now than it was before. Before I uploaded the latest version, at least the Guides would open and I could read a couple of sentences on one of them and one page on another. Now they will not open up at all. Offline it tells me they are too large to open and online I get at message that, "Windows cannot open this file---needs to know what program created it----"

Hi there,
From your description of the missing button and various problems in your first post, plus the problem you're having opening the PDF files, it sounds as though there is something amiss with your system. I would recommend running a virus-checker and a spyware removal tool, in addition to installing any recent Windows and IE service packs that are available.
Let us know if completing these steps is successful in resolving the problem.
