Sonya or Chris Help!!! I keep getting 1.30 credit showing up on all invoices that are printed out. the credit appears to be an insurance charge of $1.30 this also happens with the s/h charge if we charge $1 s/h there is a credit for the $1 s/h + 1.30 insurance for a total of $2.30 here are a couple of instances

The items are showing a 'previously paid' amount but no step 2 marked off. Have you unmarked anything in their post sale?

Hello Sonya, No I use Paypal IPN and do not use the paypal redirect. this was all fine i did not see this 1.30 credit until about a week ago i noticed a couple of auctions now its on every invoice. the examples i gave were from mail in payments that used ebay checkout. please check Order # 756222439 this will show a invoice that used the paypal ipn was marked as paid even though the bidder did not include shipping ( i emailed him afterwards he did pay it) but there is still the insurance showing up which he did not request and did not pay for but there is a zero balance please let me know if you need more instances like i said i have thousands

Hello Sportsource,
The issue with the insurance being added in error has been fixed as of Tuesday, and it should not happen with new invoices.
To fix items that have already been checked out, we suggest that you uncheck step 3 in the Fulfillment Checklit page and then check it again.

Hello Radu, Thanks for fixing the insurance but the invoices are still showing credits that are supposed to be applied to s/h please check the invoice on this item

here is a item where it was correct maybe you can compare them

one more tack on question here is there a way to get rid of the vendio logo on the invoices I when a buyer wins 2 items which is very common because of the logo the printed invoice is 2 pages long which causes a lot of wasted paper seems kinda senseless for the vendio logo to be there

Hello, I am having the same trouble with S/H not included/showing as credit in post-sale: Please see Auction ID #4387033700. Buyer paid correct total (S/H charge $3.75) but post-sale shows credit of $3.75. Thanks. Lynn

Engineering has identified the shipping & handling issue, and is working on a fix. It affects listings with multiple shipping options.
An alternative you might want to consider is to use Vendio Checkout with eBay Checkout Redirect, which brings all the benefits of eBay and Vendio checkout systems, and allows you to cross sell Vendio Store items to buyers of eBay listings.
