P.S. I know the above buyer did Ebay checkout because in My Ebay (selling manager pro), the Shopping cart icon indicated Checkout completed is ON. If buyer goes to paypal directly, the checkout icon remains greyed out.

buyer completed checkout, yet shipping is not reflected. Says TBD.
Isn't checkout redirect supposed to stop these problems? Or is their an ebay glitch?
Item 5584017186 appears to have the first 3 steps marked off. I escalated item 5584179705 since you said it was paid for via PayPal but hasn't been marked off properly according to the IPN.
Yes, item 5584017186 does have the 1st 3 steps marked off. The problem is that the Shipping is not in there. It says TBD and shows a CREDIT balance for shipping paid. Somehow, the shpping isn't being "read" by vendio.
Still happening. I have ebay checkout redirect ON so this should not be happing. ALL ebay checkouts should be diverted to Vendio.
They are not. Payments are coming in with the shipping NOT filled out. Showing a credit due on all orders.
See the following ebay item numbers from the last half hour alone. All paid via paypal. Address and name filled in; Ebay showing checkout completed, yet obviously they were not diverted through the Vendio checkout as they should have been since I use checkout redirect:

Hello Lori,
Did you at some point turn it off while you work on this issue?
When we checked, the redirect option wasnt enabled in your account.
From the My Account page, click the Post Sale Management link found within and check this box (again?) and click to save the change.

Hello Lori,
It is possible that something on our end reverted it back to being off, though most likely not from the new checkout going out.
Doublecheck your default post sale messages if you had made you own custom ones, as when this has come up in the past it seemed to revert all settings on this page to previous ones.

STILL not working. I went in an RE-checked off checkout redirect.
I also went into Paypal and put the "superblock" on. I BLOCKED all direct "send money" payments and entered the vendio checkout URL.
STILL, shipping is not being sent from paypal to vendio. How is this possible? How are people NOT going through vendio checkout.

Help please! The last 3 were ALL the same buyer. Somehow, only 2 items would combine. The other remained separate (5588229981). Vendio, however, shows NONE as paid and none as combined.
