Hi!
I just need a little advice... I have a couple of hundred items, and for some reason they started erroring out when I tried to relist them after the item failed to sell... it shows "Error 10005: Invalid insurance fee." and sure enough, when I check the item it shows "calc" under the price of insurance. I didn't change anything, and I'm not relishing the thought of going in and changing the insurance option to show $1.30 on a couple of hundred different items... is there a way to do this "Globally" or change a preferance so it'll correct all my items??
Thanks for any help!
Sincerely,
Steve Hodgin

P.S.
Maybe this is where I'm getting the error from... In my eBay Preferances, under "eBay Shipping and Payment Details", it shows "I am specifying shipping costs for eBay checkout" is checked, and also "I use fixed shipping rates" is also checked and "Insurance" shows "Optional $1.30", which all sounds right! Just an FYI!
Thanks again!
Steve

Hello Steve,
We can apply your global preference for insurance to all inventory items and all pending items in bulk. If you would like us to do this, please write back to confirm and we will take care of it for you.

Hi Sonya!
That would be terrific! I'd definetly like to have that done...
Thanks again for your help and just let me know if I need to do
anything else.

All you need to do is make sure your insurance in Global Preferences is the way you want it to be for all inventory and pending. When you are ready, post back and we'll do the change for you.

Hi Sonya!
I double checked, and it looks perfect, so change away!
Thanks again! I REALLY appreciate the personal attention from yourself and Vendio!
