Hello all! I am using Sales Manager Inventory Edition and have begun selling items where there are 2nd chance sales opportunities.
Since the 2nd chance offers are launched through ebay, my vendio inventory & postsale
doesn't reflect the change in actual inventory.
For postsale, I have been using the import function to combine for invoice/shipping. Now I've noticed that the inventory number isn't reflecting my accepted 2nd chance offers. If I import ebay listings, will I need to delete a bunch of duplicates? Or will just the differences in inventory show up?
My apologies if this seems confusing! I'll check back and clarify if need be.
Vendio does not support second chance offers at this time, but we are working on integrating this feature. If you import the item *before* your buyer responds, you should be able to get it in to do post-sale, but it will not reflect the change in inventory quantity.
To import your existing listings from eBay, log on and go to Sales Manager. Click the "Import" link in the left navigation bar. Be sure that your eBay ID is entered correctly on our site, as your listings will not import if this information is not up to date.
Secondly the "Import My Listings" in Sales Manager must be done *before* your customer purchases the item, or the checkout will not work. If the item has been purchased already, unfortunately there is no way to import the listing.
