I have been contacted twice today by two different buyers telling me they could not check out because of something related to shipping not being right. I have marked my items as FREE Shipping and have zeros in for the cost on the shipping page.
Could you please give me some of the auction numbers that you are having trouble with?
Secondly, are your buyers from outside the united states?
We now offer support for differentiated international and domestic shipping options. If you set up your preferences correctly, your domestic customers will be offered only domestic shipping options and your international customers will be offered only international shipping options. Note, at this time international shipping is fixed price only but we are working on calculated options for international carriers.
To set your preferences, go to My Account -> Global Preferences. At the bottom of the Shipping Carriers section, you will see a checkbox for "Offer international shipping". Check this box, and the international shipping section will open. Enter your domestic shipping options in the US shipping section, and your international options in the International shipping section. Save your changes, and these options will apply to items launched after you make the change.
If you would like to apply international shipping options to active listings, you may do this by taking the following steps:
1. Go to Sales Manager -> All Active. Select all listings and then click the "Set WBN" button at the top of the list.
2. On the next screen, check each item to edit the checkout information (note this must be done individually for each item.)
3. Save, and the options you selected will be applied to your listing when it closes.
If the listing is closed, you will want to edit and resend the WBN. You can edit a WBN after a listing has closed from Post Sale in Sales Manager. Locate your closed listing, and take the following steps:
1. Select the item by clicking the check-box next to it.
2. Click the "Edit WBN" button on the toolbar (note that step #1 must be unchecked in order to be able to edit the WBN.)
3. Make the necessary changes, and click the "Save" button on the bottom of the page.
4. Click "Return" to return to your Post Sale list.
To send the edited WBN, click the check-box next to the item then click the WBN button on the toolbar.
3. Edit the WBN options according to what you would like to change.
4. Remember to check the "Save" or "Send WBN Email" button at the bottom of the page.
I hope this helps. Note that you may preview the other Post Sale messages
directly from My Account -> Sales Manager -> Post Sale Management.

It looks like one is, but the other is not.

OK. I just clicked on international shipping options. The items they already ordered through are "FREE Electronic Delivery" and I just set it in the item (not Globally).
I will try to send out the WBN notices to all the ones that did sell. How will I know it the change worked? Is it possible for me to go through sample checkouts on my items to verify?
