Hi, I do not like the inventory edition. I would like to go back to SMPRO! How can I get all my items back into SMPRO? I am on dial up internet and with IE I spend all my time waiting for the page to change. I can edit items 1 by 1 much, much faster on my desktop. I have a new computer and do not have all my old batches on it. How do I get all the items back into SMPRO? If there is no way to do this, it should be told to your customers before they make the change! I would never have changed! Will be waiting to hear from you. Thanks

Hi Catsha,
Items you list with SMIE won't appear if you switch back to SMME. Unfortunately there is no export for SMIE. May I ask what you had trouble with? If you like Pro, you can still use it with SMIE.

I am having so many problems with it I don't know where to start. I don't understand why my items are not showing in my Vendio store. Only a couple hundred are not my whole 1800. Then when I try to send an item to ebay for auction I get error after error. I tried to send 4 items to my ebay store yesterday and it took me forever. I don't understand all the different price columns. I don't like having to put in a 2nd shipping price for additional items. When I want to edit the description on an item this is done with a pop up window and it takes about 3 minutes to load that page. If I try to edit more than 5 items at a time it takes about 3 minutes for that window to load. Why can't I have the same title for more than 1 item? I tried to put the same item in my ebay store, in 4 different categories and it made me change the title so they were all different. I need to change the description on every one of my items and I will have to wait for that window to pop up. I could edit them so much faster on my desktop rather than sitting and waiting for the window. I can go on and on about the trouble I have been having. I wish I would have know that I could not export my listing back into pro. I have used Vendio since it was auction watch and had years of listing in pro on my old hard drive. That hard drive was wiped and reused in another computer so I don't have my batches now. Any way I can get these back into pro? Or any way to edit descriptions other than 1 at a time. I'm really in a mess here. I have had my Vendio store closed for I think almost 2 months so I can try to get all these items right. Please help! Thanks
Have you read our get started guide and our how to use guides for SMIE? They are located in the Help section. They are a great resource that you may want to refer back to since you've had a lot of issues that are currently explained in the guide.
To make sure items are in your Vendio store you need to make them "Visible" and they'll automatically appear.
