I'm new, so I'm sure it's something I'm not doing correctly, but:
I imported my active items from eBay. Then I attached a photo from Image Hosting to the item. I manually launched the item to an auction. eBay can't find the file name Vendio launched for the gallery photo. First I thought it was just the specific name of the photo, the last part of the file name before the .jpg extension. But when I put both into Word to compare, the whole file name is different.
Anyone else had this problem when they first started? Something I'm doing that obviously wrong?
