from Vendio checkout.

This is the 3rd customer in the past few days who has said that when they complete checkout and then click "pay now" with paypal, nothing happens.

I just checked the latest one and it is true. I went to her checkout, clicked "Pay Now" with paypal and nothing happened. Just frozen page.

Ebay item 5588228704

Also said to have happened with ebay 5592159203

Help! They are quite annoyed with me as they can't pay.

Hi there,

Sorry for the troubles. We are working on this issue. It should be fixed very soon. To work around the issue, have the buyer click the 'printable version' link at the bottom of the checkout page. They should be able use the Pay Now button located on the following page. If that doesn't work, please have the buyer go directly to Paypal to make the payment.
