I am brand new and noticed that there are items in "my ebay" that are listed under waiting to ship but they are not listed in any part of sales manager. I have run import one time and do not think I want to do that again.
I'm sorry, but I'm a bit confused. Those items should be imported into your account. You should be seeing them in your post sales section. Please let me know the item numbers you're having troubles with so that I can be of better assistance.
Here are two examples. Keep in mind I just did an import the other day and I am not sure the impact that has on items that had been sold, paid for but not shipped, etc. The item numbers are 6786686536,6787167296. Item 6786131812 did show up and would have been combined with the other two. So in this case, it showed up in my ebay as items to be shipped but did not show in Vendio.
Then this one the items were sold today and paid today. 5015832359,8206299261. Both items were launched using Spare Dollar if that has any impact. 5014040547 was not showing up anywhere in Vendio (i am pretty sure) after being sold, but when it was paid for it did show up.
A couple of items I noticed that after they have been paid work smoothly and seamlessly and a few I have had to check off as being paid.
Ahh, I see. Yes, it will make a difference. Listings posted through Vendio will not have a a problem checking out. However, for listings that are imported, they will not work without shipping options inputted. You can set the WBN from the active listings pages before the auction closes. However, once the auction has closed, some listings will not be eligible for Vendio checkout.

ok, well that explains it. I am letting the auctions run low as I start to implement as many parts of Vendio as quickly as possible. Then when I start launching auctions again, this should not be a problem hopefully. I am not worried as I expected issues to come up. I appreciate the help and am looking forward to getting more of the tools implemented. See you on the boards. Dean

Well I have updated a number of my listings but am still using an imported template. I have launched a few and they are still not showing up after being launched and then sold. I am guessing as I did not have the checkout on these. I have also been told that combined shipping did not work. Items to be referenced are 5020117415 & 5020125476. So there are a few issues as I see here:
1) I think I need to add the checkout to the listings but will probably have to put some text to that in the listings. Any suggestions on the text?
2) Can I continue to use this template I have used or are there potential issues with the functionality of Vendio features and services.
3) Combined Shipping - A critical thing for me on my beads and findings. I want a flat rate when combined as was comfortable I had set it up correctly.
