In my preferences I have myself supposedly getting all the notifications but I have not received one. I also have been informed by one buyer that they did not receive a shipping notification. I see the date being marked when I click on the notification, but am concerned that they are not getting there.

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, only WBN's can be CC'd to your email address. The shipment notifications can not be CC'd to your email address.
