on International orders.
My vendio order #797031189. Buyer from Australia purchased 2 items at $9.95 int'l shipping EACH And 2 items at $6.95 int'l shipping EACH.
Vendio charged them $9.95 TOTAL for shipping. I am now losing money on that one.
Customer from Japan, vendio order #797031189 purchased 2 items with international shipping rate of $6.95 EACH was charged only $6.95 TOTAL for shipping
My settings are NOT set to give additional shipping free. They are set to deduct $2.00 off each add'l item shipping ONLY.
I can't ask the customers to send more money now, as that just looks foolish.

Hello Lori,
It appears that these are items that you combined into orders. When combining, you can choose one of:
(1) Use individual items shipping and handling settings.
(2) Use the following shipping and handling settings for the entire order.
If you choose (1), the regular shipping and handling calculation will apply during buyer checkout. If you choose (2), you can set shipping and handling fees that are specific for this order. In this case, you must make sure that the values are those for the full order.

P.S. It is working as it should for USA orders (buyers going through checkout themselves with more than one item ARE getting combined shipping)
It is only NOT working for international orders. All my buyers go through checkout themselves. I do NOT combine any orders myself.

Hello Lori,
We have investigated order #797031189 again. Indeed, the buyer created the order and checked out. But then, it appears that you have unchecked Step 2 of the PSM process, and edited the WBN. The buyer checked out again later with the new shipping values, and apparently chose a different payment method.
Is this scenario correct? If so, it was during the Edit WBN step that the new shipping values were set.
