Hey there,
I've set up a Fedex Shipping profile, added my fedex ID, set all my weights on products, box sizes, and everything seems to be correct.
However no matter what I do, every time I do a test check out, it cannot calculate shipping and shows $-0.00 for shipping cost and says total could not be calculated.
For the life of me I cannot figure out whats wrong. Is there something that I'm missing? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
I checked your items but they were all setup with fixed $5 shipping currently. As long as the shipping profile for the item is setup with the Calculated carrier and you have listed the shipping weight in the item details it should be able to calculate the cost. If you continue to have trouble setting it up, let us know a SKU or title of an item where the issue is happening to check into further.
