I have all my listing set up to "used" in my preferences but when I make a listing - I still have to choose in the drop down menu. Is there a way to have this filled out automatically as I'm afraid I'll miss it and get my listings pulled?
The item condition preference under the "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) section is a preference that will automatically be applied if you try to launch an item that does not already have the item condition specified. This is something that we added to make it easier when eBay first started requiring this field. It is not possible to have the item condition filled out automatically for you when creating an item, unfortunately.
As far as launching listings without this information filled out, either the listing will fail with an error in Vendio (that you need to add in the item condition), or the default that you have set will be applied to the item.
