If the items failed with an error, then you may locate the reason by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> "Errors" --> navigate to the last page (for the most recent errors) --> then click the "Error" link to the right of the item for the details. Should you continue to have trouble, please let us know one of the specific items that you are having trouble with so that we can take a look.
This error message is coming back from eBay, not your Vendio account. That link in the error message popup labeled 'Learn about selling limits or request higher selling limits' should take you to the eBay page that has information on why they impose selling limits/etc. This is usually just on new accounts and if you contact them they may be able to raise the limit for you.
If the link in the popup isn't showing up, simply pull up the eBay.com website and click to create a new listing. When your prompted with this same error message they should give you a link to click on to request a higher limit.
