I am a noob here at Vendio, so please be gentle
Upon importing my listings from eBay, I found that in Vendio, they are all full of extraneous html and the template from InkFrog used to list them with. Is there an easy way to get rid of all of the 'junk' in the description that I don't need? Or is there an alternative way of getting the products imported into Vendio that will not have the same, bad result? I want to make the switch over to Vendio from InkFrog, but with the fewest headaches possible.

Hello Jeff,
Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to get rid of the template information that you don't need (the items would need to be edited manually). However, there is the .csv import option which is an alternate method of importing your data. I'm not sure if this will be easier for you, but you may locate the instructions and more information on importing via .csv file under "Items" --> "Import Items" --> "CSV File" .
