The Contact Support page won't load-it gets stuck halfway, so I can't ask my question or report an error. Guess I'll do it here!
Error: I cannot get the button to choose font color to work in descriptions. It does not even show a pull-down window. I've tried this on several items and several pages within each item.
Question: I'm getting a listing error: A shipping service is specified more than once. Select a different shipping service or remove the duplicate service. I'd been having trouble for awhile even saving the item-was getting a similar message, then it finally went through, only to refuse to list. What am I doing wrong?

Has the font color button been working for you previously for you on this setup and suddenly stopped, or haven't you been able to use this on this setup since the start?
If it did work id try the usual things first, simply clear Internet Explorers temporary internet files and restart the computer - then try it again. Upgrading the version of Internet Explorer isn't an option unfortunately as Microsoft isn't planning to make IE9 available for Windows XP computers.
Another option is to try using the Mozilla FireFox browser, if you haven't already. It's a good fast browser on Windows XP computers.
As for the listing error, id like to take a look at this for you. Let us know the title of the effected item so we can check it out further.

The color button was working for me in IE earlier this week-sometimes; it was hit & miss. Now it's not working at all. I've done all the clearing & restarting multiple times, but no luck. I don't like Firefox. But colored fonts are working on Chrome and the contact support form is loading fine there.
Sure hope I don't have to just use Chrome to get this site to perform for me1.

If you don't like using Chrome or FireFox and prefer to run Internet Explorer 8.0 specifically, you should be able to do so as it does work fine with that setup. We will just need to do some more troubleshooting to figure out why yours stopped working properly.
The first place to start looking is probably any addon toolbars that you may run in IE. Try disabling them and then trying the tasks again to see if that helps. Next try either enabling or disabling the 'Compatibility View' option from the Tools menu in IE to see if that has an effect on the behavior.
Some internet security suite tools integrate heavily into Internet Explorer since it's so much more vulnerable to security threats online, so another good test is to see if enabling that has an effect on the behavior of those functions.
This is all under the assumption that nothing has been installed or specifically upgraded on the computer in the timeframe between when it last worked OK on this setup and when it stopped.

Thanks-I'll work on that more tonight. Right now, I've got 50+ items surrounding me demanding to be listed immediately.

Hello Sandy,
The problem is with the shipping profile that you are using with this item (We Box-Simple). Currently the profile is set to calculated shipping, and USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International are each entered in to the shipping profile three times (once for Canada, once for Mexico, and once for Worldwide). As you are using calculated shipping, it shouldn't be necessary to separate out Mexico and Canada. Please edit the shipping profile and remove the Mexico and Canada options (leaving only Worldwide for international), and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
