I've tried multiple times to load a csv file (5-25 Motorcycle batch CSV.csv) and keep getting the same error: Item Pkg Size is incorrect.
The first time, I'd entered Thick Envelope/Package, but then checked the documentation and changed it to: Thick Envelope/Package (<84” total length + girth) and it's still giving me that same error message. I even tried recreating the file and resaving it as csv. I still can't get it to go through.
Please, what am I doing wrong?

Hello Sandy,
It does look like you are entering in the package type correctly. Could you please let us know the package dimensions that you are entering into the .csv file when you run into this error message?

I apologize for the delayed reply. We have been attempting to locate the cause of the problem, and I was able to duplicate the problem in my own account with my own file. At this point I have asked our engineers to take a look, and we will let you know as soon as we hear back from them. Thank you for your patience!

I wanted to let you know that I have heard back from our engineers, and it seems that this problem has now been corrected. However, please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
