I recently signed up for Vendio, and was promised phone assistance in getting auctions and a store set up--which apparently isn't forthcoming.
I also understand that in addition to the phone assistant/chat assistance service they have, one can pay in order to have someone walk you through the initial setup steps--which I am happy to do, if someone will tell me how! I may have wrong information, but every time I contact Vendio regarding this, all I get is copy and paste directives to things I know about that aren't what I am looking for. Does anyone have a suggestion? In lieu of that being a solution to the problem, are there outside consultants who do this sort of stuff? I've wasted three weeks trying to get this damn system up and running, and I'm pretty good with computers!
I find myself stymied by one error message after another, and nowhere to turn to get them straightened out, answers aren't in the videos nor in the PDF's. I don't want to bag Vendio, since I know it will work fine as soon as I get through the initial setup, but it is a temptation. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Letting us know what the error message is or the function your trying to perform when you run into trouble is imperative to relay so we can better serve you, be it through the email channel, here in the online forums or via the Personal Assistance callback service.
Are you going to the Image Hosting page and clicking to 'upload images' and running into an issue in that process? If so, what step in the process, and if your getting an error, what does it say?
Or perhaps you have gone to the My Items page and clicked the big blue button to 'Create Item' - and running into an issue in that process? If so, what step in the process, and if your getting an error, what does it say?
