I have noticed that sending out ebay invoices there is no handling or insurance added , how are we to do this or is that a question for lousy ebay.
If your offering calculated shipping and have indicated a markup for it, eBay should be automatically adding this markup to the total cost of shipping in their calculated costs.
They do not however allow optional insurance anymore. While you can relay to your buyers that it's included in their cost of shipping, it's not something that you can break down for them in an invoice.
