Today I am getting an error message when trying to upload images via the "images" tab.
What am I doing wrong or is there a known technical issue?
They seem to upload ok when done through the create item tab.
Please let us know the text of the error message that you are receiving. Also, is this happening when you try to upload multiple images at once, or when uploading only one image at a time (or both)?

On the bottom bar...it reads "Error On Page"
When you double click on the !...it says "problems with this web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly".
When you click on details...it comes up...
Line:124
Char:3436
Error:'null' is null or not an object
url: http://apps.vendio.com/my/ihost/upload.html
Please let us know what internet browser and version you are using, as well as your operating system. Also, please let us know the name and file size of one of the images that you are having trouble with. It would also be helpful if you could try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results.
Actually, I have now been able to duplicate the problem, so the previously requested information is not necessary. I will escalate this to our engineers, and in the meantime you should be able to work around the problem using Mozilla Firefox instead if Internet Explorer (or by uploading the images from the Create Items page).

I have a similar problem and am using Firefox 3.0.11. I go to images->upload_images and when I click on the upload button, nothing happens. In the Firefox error console is an error message:
Error: B is null
Source File: http://apps.vendio.com/ext/ext-all.js?__dyn=1236076483
Line: 123
I recently updated Firefox, I don't know if that is related.

Hello Johninor,
Thank you for the information, and I am sorry that it is not working for you on Firefox. I have passed the information along to our engineers, and hopefully it will help them come to a quick resolution.
