I have been trying to create a store to add new items to it. Just the uploading of each image takes very long - although my images are 3MB each, when uploading, I normally tick where it says to allow "auto adjust file size to suit the page" .
I understood that it would auto reduce file size, when downloading the images into the store.
When I went thru creating a store, I was asked to browse for an image; which I did. But when I downloaded the image, total 5 duplicated images appears in the store??
Also I am not able to change/edit any prices before listing them into vendio site??
I have been wasting the last 3 days , and feel frustated - as I cannot display listings with the templates I choose, I cannot create a store successfully, let alone have it display from the ebay site.
Do you have any CD on how to import listings from ebay. How to create a store and add products and title?? Pls show step by step, as I am not computer savvy.
I must say the way auctiva has allowed us to import listing from ebay, or simply add new listings - is very simple and straightforward.
What method are you using to upload your images to Vendio? There is a 1MB file size limit for standard image uploads. The only way to automatically resize the images as you upload them to Vendio is by using the XPress Publisher, which may be located here (along with more information on how it works):
In exactly what way are you having trouble changing the prices of items (for example, if you are getting an error message let us know the text of the error message)? In order to change the price of an item that is already in Vendio, you will need to go to "Items" --> "My Items" --> click on the title of the item --> then edit the "Price" field near the top of the page.
