Hi,
Newbie here, got everything set up...I think. Our Amazon and eBay inventory is showing, but we have yet to see any of our paid orders on those markets showing on the orders page. Not sure what I am doing wrong or have set up wrong, any help?

Hello,
For the eBay listings, is this for listings that were launched from your Vendio account? Please be aware that only orders for eBay listings that were launched through Vendio will show in your Vendio account. If this is for listings that were launched through Vendio, please let us know an example so that we can take a look.
For Amazon, have you followed the instructions yet to contact Amazon and have them send your Amazon orders to us? The instructions for this can be located by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) --> select "Channels" from the drop-down box at the top of the page and then follow step 3 under "Amazon Market ID". If you have already done this, have you received a confirmation yet from Amazon that this has been done?

Regarding eBay, got it, thanks.
Regarding Amazon, yes we did contact them and they did reply saying it would be done. That was 3 days ago and still no orders showing?
This was the reply from Amazon:
Thank you very much for contacting Amazon Seller Support.
The order reports and settlement report are going to be enable in a XML format by the next time that the report is going to be generated. All the merchants configurations are updated in the system.

Thank you for your reply. Could you please let us know one of the specific items where you had an order, so that we can take a closer look? Please also confirm that you have an Amazon Seller Central Pro Merchant account, and that you are not using Fulfillment by Amazon.

Yes, we are Amazon Pro Merchants and we currently have over 100 orders to ship.
