I must be doing something wrong, but it seems like I'm doing everything right...
I created a new listing, and set it to list when I save, so I saved and it appeared in the Channels tab under Marketplace Listings>Scheduled. There was a notice at the top that all listings were paused, and I had to take them off paused status. I did that and it seemed to work. Then I edited the item and set a new listing time, a few minutes from that moment. Did something else for a bit, came back, and it still had not listed. Actually, it listed to my Vendio Store, but not to eBay. I had selected both.

Hello,
Please note that you may view the error message for a failed listing by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> "Errors" --> then click the "Error" link to the right for the details. In this case, the error message that eBay is returning is:
"The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy."
I checked your items, and noticed that you currently have checks and money orders as payment options in your Payment Profile. These payment methods are no longer allowed by eBay and are the likely cause of the error. Please remove these payment methods from your Payment Profile, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
If you want to leave these options for the Vendio Store, but remove them for eBay, there is a link at the bottom of the Payment Profile labeled "Adjust these settings for eBay". You may use that link to remove the options for eBay only.
