I am in the same boat as several previous posters. I have never cared about inventory, just copied old ads to create new ones. My old ads are all gone.

There seem to be 287 old items already there, evidently created from old listings, but they are all really old listings, from years ago. The more recent listings that I was using to create new ads are all gone.

Hi there,
Yes - what's happening is that the ads are actually stored under the inventory items (if you click the arrow to the left of the item title you will see them.) We will ask our engineering team to separate the ads into individual items for you. This should be done within a day or two.

Hello again. Two days have passed, and I still don't have any more of my ads back. I understand to look under Inventory. There are 285 old ads there currently, but all those are old ads from 5-6 years old. None of my more recent ads appear.
If I have to re-enter everything from scratch, then I might as well discontinue service and switch vendors. The main value of Vendio right now for me is all the ad templates I had created and stored, and the majority of those have disappeared.
Can you give me any idea of when I will have them back?
I am sorry for the problems this is causing you. We have asked our engineers for an update, and we will let you know as soon as we hear back from them.
