I am trying to edit my items before I send them back to Ebay. I select the item and then hit the Next button and the screen goes grey. What is happening now?

If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. Please let us know the results.

Cleared up my browser and history and it is working well now.
