When searching the items section by entering key word, not ever shows up. We have tried from 3 different XP computers. Using IE. We have cleaned the cache and reboot. Again, nothing shows up.
Could you please let us know one of the specific keyword terms that you have tried, so that we can attempt to duplicate the problem in your account? Also, please confirm which version of Internet Explorer you are using.
I reset your grid settings for you, which seems to have corrected the problem. However, please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
Look for the little cog/sprocket icon in the upper right corner of the list, next to the view options. When you click this you can reset the grid settings back to the default view and then redo any changes you want in the columns and sorting orders.
