We have had a number of auctions returned because of missing item specifics that eBay requires. However there is not any place to put them in. Example, under Comics, Graphic Novels, eBay wants condition but there is no place to put it in through Vendio. Suggestions?? Thanks!

Hello,

I took a look, and I was able to see the problem with a few errored pending listings in your account. However, I was not able to duplicate the problem when creating a new item. Could you please try re-creating one of the items to see if it gives you the same error?

Regards,
Nathan

Yes I tried to re-do the Capt America one and still there is no place to put in 'condition' under Comics, Graphic Novels so it would not launch. I've even changed catagories and it still came back. Also the one for the women's hose does not have anywhere to put 'Brand'. Thanks.

Hello,

I have asked our engineers to take a look at the item condition problem with the comics item, and we will let you know once we hear back from them.

For the women's hose item, it looks like you almost had it. In the "Custom Item Specifics" section you want to use the "Add a Custom Detail" option to add this information. But switch it around (so enter "Brand" for "Label" and "Hanes" for "Detail" ). Also enter the Style and Hosiery Size here, and fill in the item condition field that is below the Custom Item Specifics section.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello,

I have heard back from our engineers, and for the comics item, the problem is that you have entered an ISBN. For the ISBN that you entered eBay requires that a specific (different) category be used. You will either need to switch the category for the item, or remove the ISBN from the item.

Regards,
Nathan
