For some time now, I have been having difficulty with Vendio's "Combinable Items," in that I combine a buyer's items -- say two postcards -- charging the same shipping for the two as I would charge for one. But the new WBN invoice does not show that to the buyer. They then pay full shipping for each item and I get this message on the Fulfillment Checklist:
"PLEASE NOTE: We have received a PayPal payment notification (IPN) containing a payment for multiple items including this one, but we cannot reconcile the order. Please enter the correct payment amounts manually by clicking the post-sale keys."
I then have to click "Payment Received" and send back a check for a refund on overpayment of the shipping.
I never used to have this problem. Please, can someone tell me what is wrong here?

Hello Marshall,
Since all checkout is now done solely through eBay, the WBN will only be able to link the buyer back into the eBay checkout for the items they purchased (if they haven't yet completed the eBay checkout for those items.)

Hello,
Note that the program you use to actually print and process your shipping wouldn't have any effect on what the eBay checkout charges your buyers. Be sure to review the eBay shipping discount rules to address the question originally posted.
