Hello, I am unable to upload any images from my personal computer- only those that were uploaded and imported from my eBay items. The pictures I want to upload always say "error", no matter what I try. This is so frustrating. I have deleted hundreds of pictures from ebay imports, hoping this would resolve it- but to no avail. Please help!

Hello,
That would be the first thing to check usually. Since we don't compress images to save on space, you can upload an image up to 1MB in size. If yours are larger, please resize them prior to upload.
