Why are you starting a new relationship with equaship when your current shipping module is not working properly. Saw you are promoting them in your announcements.
vendio's shipping is: It is poorly designed. does not have a flow. does not offer any video training information. easy to make mistakes. must copy and paste info into dazzle. does not auto send tracking numbers. does not auto print customer notes. does not update properly or at all sometimes from paypal. import feature is mostly unusable for shipping addresses.
its really subpar. scale of 1 to 10. give it a 2. not even average. really totally unacceptable considering what it should do.
all you have to do is see how shipworks works. easy. intuitive. customizable. does all above and much more. fanstastic remote login support. they are doing their business how vendio should be doing theirs.
what the hell are your programmers doing over there? fix your software. its so easy to copy what shipworks is doing. you have a great pattern to follow. its not rocket science. just fix your software!
