I cannot find the location to change the follow ing words. We have found the AUTO email to edit, but the one sent MANUALLY is not available for edit...........

Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the text of the manual email. However, you could create the coupon and then send your own email with your own words to the buyer using the coupon ID.
