I am getting billed by ebay monthly for the following items for gallery plus fees. The list of items has gradually went down by and is now about 15 items. I have not selected this fee ever and have double check all these items and none of them have gallery plus fees. I asked about this way back last October 2011 I believe and you said your engineers would look into it. Now 5 months later NO ONE has gotten back to me and it is still happening every month. DO YOU HAVE ANYONE OVER THERE THAT CAN TROUBLESHOOT GLITCHES? WHY THE HELL DO I HAVE TO WAIT 5 MONTHS FOR THIS TO NEVER HAVE BEEN LOOKED AT?????????????
