I have not posted on ebay for several month and find the current Vendio format a bust. I started with Honesty .com and then Andale and now the new guys Vendio. The two former owners had an easy to use ,no problem format and I could keep track of every thing. However, The current format is difficult for me to use , ebay's is much easier, runs a listing in a loop and is a very large dissappointment to me as a user. I am a long time customer but most likely a short time future user. Regards - Gary

Hello Gary,

The new format is a little different from the older systems you had used in the past, but we think the new tools and added stability will be worth learning the new way to post an ad.

The first thing you will need to do is update your token on file for eBay so you can submit your listings to them. You can do this by clicking the 'Preferences' link and then going to the Channels preferences. Click to re-authorize your token and you should then be able to submit your items from the My Items page.

Most importantly - if you get stuck - let us know so we can help, were happy to do so. =)

Regards,
Chris

I have to agree with the writer. Been away from listing auctions for a couple years, but wasted money keeping Vendio in case we decided to come back. I've struggled and struggled and find I'm wasting time try to launch auctions. eBay has changed their listing format and I find it much faster and easier. Still trying to find a reason to keep Vendio.

Hello,

surplususa - note that unlike the above poster your listing tools have not changed to a different format, and work as they always have.

The error message you just received on that listing your working on states the following:
"Error 21916884: Item condition required

Condition is required for this category."

To correct this error, simply edit the item and look for a field labeled 'Item Condition' - then set the item condition to the value you wish and resubmit your item.

The 'item condition' field is a new requirement by eBay to complete for a number of categories.

Regards,
Chris
