Hi, I wanted to know if there's a way to automate the import/export of orders "Needing Shipment" to a csv file? In other words, I'd like for the csv files to be automatically imported/exported from a specified location (ftp server) on a daily basis without me having to go in, select all the orders and manually export them, then having to manually import back the other csv file with the tracking numbers and shipping status.
I come from Linnworks and they such an automation in place. Thanks.
Unfortunately there isn't an option currently available to automate the importing and exporting of the order CSV files from an FTP server. It's possible we may build such an option in the future; though no plans exist at this time.
