What data are you looking to export into an excel file? There are some things available like shipping information and archived listing data that is available to export to Excel from your existing account. Unfortunately the version of Sales Manager your using currently does not support an inventory/active/closed/pending export functionality at this time.
Our classic Vendio system that uses the 'Sales Manager' tools rather than the 'Vendio Platform' tools (that this thread is posted within) - does have a version of that Sales Manager (called the Inventory Edition) that can be setup to export some inventory data in Excel format. Unfortunately that isn't available in the regular Merchandising Edition of the Sales Manager that ramabele is using nor the newer 'Vendio Platform' listing tools that you (smjinternational) are currently on.
