I have attempted to launch a new auction 2 days running, but receive an error message that ebay won't allow cookies or java script. I haven't done anything different, and am unaware that javascript is being used, and I haven't installed any cookies! I relisted 2, May 21st without any errors occurring. Tried to launch this other one May 21st and 22nd.

How can I find out what is going on? And fix the problem? I know nothing about java script etc.

Hello,

The problem is that you had a couple parenthesis in your listing description that did not have a space between them and the letters that are next to them. To eBay's automated system this makes it look to them like you are using javascript. I added a space between these characters in your listing description and the listing now previews without error. However, please let us know should you continue to have trouble after trying to launch the listing again.

Regards,
Nathan

Thank you Nathan, worked like a charm, and re-launched just fine!
I'm watching for careless parentheses in future...sometimes the fingers don't always sync with the mind, don't ya know?
