I click on Help in upper right hand corner and get a page with Help Center in upper left hand corner but nothing else on the page. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a telephone number? Have you had success getting ahold of support with another method?

If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.
