I am trying to import my listings from eBay. I signed up with the Auctiva x-user plan. I was following the PDF instructions and now I am stuck.
Under import images it shows that I need to select the radio button
O General images (image fees will apply, usable outside the Vendio Store)
But this one is currently selected
x Store images (FREE images, usable only in the Vendio Store)
Why won't it allow the other one to be selected? Also how can I verify that I am signed in for the Auctiva promo?
You were signed up to do the free storefront, but weren't on the plans and services for actually listing and hosting images.
We setup the account for you with the services and plans required. Go back to the import page and you should be able to bring in your items now without any errors.
This was the same cause for the other issues you were posting about. Let us know if you have any other questions.
