Pardon the dumb question.... Vendio newbie here. How can I find the auctions that I have scheduled to post (launch?) in the future on eBay?
From the Channels tab at the top of the page, click the link for Marketplace and then you can view your active, scheduled, closed and error listings by clicking the links to sort them at the top of this window.

Thank you for the prompt response.
Another problem has now occurred - when I look at those "scheduled" ads, the table says it's showing 1 -7 listings, but nothing is showing up in the field.
I can't tell whether the ads I have scheduled to launch are actually there, although it's claiming that there are seven listings. Any ideas?
I was able to see the problem, but I am not sure of the cause. I have asked our engineers to take a look, and we will let you know as soon as we hear back from them.
None of the scheduled listings posted tonight (the ones that were supposed to, even though they did show up visibly on that page). I had to manually go in and launch them from the My Items page.
Scheduling problems was the very reason I left Auctiva. I hope you can resolve this.
I'm not really sure which were the ones I scheduled (remember they're not showing up on that "ghost" list). I figured, last night, that since the scheduler wasn't working, that I just saved the ads, then came back hours later and manually listed them. I do believe that one of them (from two nights ago), was 124633560080.
The reason no items are showing in the scheduled section of your account is because none of the fields that are turned on currently are relevant to your scheduled listings. In order to see the scheduled listings, please turn on additional fields by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> "Scheduled" --> then click the circle (gear) icon that is next to the magnifying glass icon (at the top right of the page) and turn on additional fields.
Do you mean this is for your SKU "1246335600809"? I am showing that this scheduled listing was canceled. Had you canceled this launch by any chance? If not, I am showing that there is currently a quantity available of 0, so a launch would not be successful until there is a quantity of more than 0. If you manually launched the item before the scheduled launch could go through, and the quantity was then decreased to 0, then the scheduled launch would have been unsuccessful.

Hi Nate, I appreciate your quick response. Unfortunately, I actually DO have a number of boxes checked off (listing title, ID, Bids, etc.) and I've clicked and unclicked a few different boxes to see if I can get anything to happen. The only thing that I'm able to get, is, no matter which boxes I have clicked (as well as "Remember my settings" is the "Status" title, and the words "canceled" or "expired". under it. No other columns show up. I'd rather not leave my password in this public forum, but if you could email me at [email protected], I'd be happy to give it to you, along with permission to use it and access my account, if your legal department/company policy deems necessary. In the meantime, I'm going to try and list a new item, and see if THAT shows up after it's scheduled.

Hello Jerry,
I actually do have access to your account (so it is not necessary to send your password), and I was able to see the "Originating Item", "Originating SKU", "Marketplace", "Status", and "Last Launch" columns in the "Scheduled" section of your account (after enabling the columns). If you use a different internet browser, and enable all of the columns that are available, do you still have this problem?
I appreciate your input, and patience with my learning curve.
It appears that I'm having certain issues with both Firefox (3.5), and I/E, but that "ghost" fields problem have been resolved when I changed the settings and chose the columns I wanted, by checking them Thank you.
Unfortunately a few other issues have reared their ugly head.
First of all, when trying to "preview this ad" I'm getting :
"There was an error when validating the Store Ad. Please try again.", and it won't let me save the ad.
I'm also getting:
"You have not selected a Store category for the Store Ad. A default Category will be assigned to it. Please provide a valid Store Ad Price (such as 10.00)."
Is there a way to get rid of this?
Finally. When I have been able to list, I often want to have a specific order of, say, three photos (perhaps one large and two separate close-ups). Is there a way to change the order of photo placement, because it seems that, if I attach #1, 2, and 3, then #3, 2, and 1 show up?

Hello Jerry,
If you don't want to place the item in your Vendio Store, when on the Create Item page try selecting "Not visible on Store" from the "Store Info" section, and let us know should you continue to have trouble.
There is currently a problem with image placement, where the images will often be shown out-of-order when previewing (our engineers are working on correcting this problem). However, once the listing is active, the images should be shown in the same order as they were entered into the Create Item page. Note that you can change the order of the images from the Create Item page under the "Item Info" section by dragging and dropping the images with your mouse.
Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
The Vendio Store issue is still a problem, even after I save the "Not visible on Store" setting, and it says that it will save it as my default setting.
As for the aforementioned store ad validation, the "There was an error when validating the Store Ad. Please try again." seems to appear only on I/E - it doesn't show up on Firefox, which is my first browser choice, anyway, but I figure I would pass that along, if it would help your engineers.

Hello Jerry,
What version of Internet Explorer are you using? There are currently some problems using IE8 with our website, and our engineers are working on correcting those problems. In the meantime, you should be able to work around them by running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode (or by using Firefox). Please give this a try and let us know should you continue to have trouble. You may find instructions for running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode here:

You're right - I'm having the problems on I/E 8. Thanks for the remedy.
If you could look into that Vendio Store problem I'm having, I probably won't have to bother you anymore. It's more of an eye sore/inconvenience, even though it's still allowing me to save the ads.
BTW... I came over from Auctiva, and I'm not sure if you're aware of how this whole "customer service" thing is supposed to work. See... I ask you questions, file some kind of request form, get an auto reply that you'll get to it ASAP, at which point it mysteriously disappears from your system, causing me to try and work through a non-functioning website issue, all the while losing money from my inability to list anything, then see a "warning" on your front page the next day explaining a "minor problem" you're looking into, that will cause some listings to not post for a few more hours.
This whole getting back to me within minutes of my requests with solutions to my inquiries, is quite strage. Especially when I realize that you guys must be getting slammed with your new customers.
Seriously, thanks for the help, and keep up the good work.
The only way to get rid of that message would be to deactivate the Store service, unfortunately. Were you planning on using the Store service? If not, please let me know and I will deactivate it for you.
