Curious for those that are using vendio software for buying shipping via endicia interface. Everything was fine for a week but after that we started getting an error when trying to buy our postage. The error is "error calculating shipping rates". There is a work around but it is easier for us to go to amazon and print our postage which costs us an additional 7 cents. We use vendio for ebay and amazon. We used to be able to click all our order and buy and print shipping in batch. Now we get an error. Does not make sense since we are logging into a website so more than just us should be getting an error.
We have sent vendio several emails and even called but customer service has not been helpful at all.
We pay $15 per month to use the function but it does not work and Vendio does not seem to care.
I would think twice before using them. Anyone else getting an error?

no good workaround if you sell lots of items. You end up going to ebay and amazon to buy shipping and print labels which renders vendio useless.
Customer service will not even provide replies. Hard to believe.
At this point we have only received one email message about this that is either associated with your Vendio account username or the email address that is on file with your Vendio account. The email message was sent 3 minutes before your last post on this message board thread. Here is a copy of the reply that we sent to the one email message that we have received from you about this (with your email message removed from the reply):
'We are sorry for the confusion. This is actually the only email we've received from email address "[email protected]". Please provide us with an item number that is receiving the error message so we can research this further.'
Please let us know the requested information so that we can look into the problem for you. If you are having trouble receiving our replies to your emails, after you submit a support request by going to "Help" --> "Request Support" and filling out the form you will be presented with a URL. Simply save that URL and it can be checked in the future for updates to the support case.
Thank you for providing additional information in your email reply, and I apologize for the confusion. I do see that this was previously escalated to our engineers. Unfortunately there is not yet an update available. However we will let you know as soon as more information is available on this.
