I went to print my invoices today and noticed a change on the bottom of my invoices. On the bottom of the page I have had information for my customers and now instead of being in a box the info runs verticle down the page. I have not made any changes to this page. Help please.

I am also suddenly having problems printing the invoices.
All that prints now is the header on the page where we choose Print mode, but no part of the invoice or mailing label.
I can only get the invoice to print by highlighting and hitting print selection. Never had to do this before.
Luckily I seldom use the shipping label, because if I select both the shipping label and the invoice, the invoice prints like najaa mentions.
najaa - Can you try simply restarting the computer in question and trying it again? Please let us know the results of your efforts. I tested it on Chrome on my Mac and it seemed to be working ok at the moment. (if not, let me know which browser your using when you do it, and if the behavior is different if you try a different one)
wgonzales - for this I know exactly what your running into. Your computer has automatically updated your copy of Internet Explorer to version 11, which doesn't work like any version of IE before it unfortunately. There is an easy solution though, by using the browsers own Print command instead of that button that you can click on that popup. If you go to file+print (or print preview) - it will pick up the whole page to print and not just the data in the popup.
