Tried to look for this but I don't think it's an option, it would be helpful if it was added...
I have a few items in my store and when I originally set them up I put in the wrong Returns policy for each. I then learned how to set up and adjust a Returns policy profile, but now I have to change it for each item. Is there a possiblity to edit the policy for all the items at once instead of having to go into each item and manually adjust? I noticed that when I mark two check boxes in the items list then click on "edit", it tells me to only check one at a time. I don't know if there's a reason they are check boxes but if you can only edit one item at a time then shouldn't they be radio buttons.
Also, does vendio provide DB access to the user's store data?

Well I guess I see they shouldn't be radio buttons because you can "move" a few items at once to a different folder. Still though maybe when you select multiple items for "edit" it could pop up a window which would indicate to the user:
1) You have selected multiple items for edit, because of that, you can only edit these xx options on these items, (mainly the policies for each item at once..) The items picked for edit could be listed for the users at the top so we know what we are editing and don't make a boo boo.
2) Then below that give a few drop downs for the different attributes that the user could associate with all the items they picked for edit..
This is all assuming I'm not missing that there is already an option to edit multiple items.
I have a few other questions about the tool, plus after going through the documentation when trying to work as a new user I have a few suggestions for the step by step setup and the fee policy*. The tool itself is great, but content of the documentation I think could use some work to make it more complete. I will post under a separate topic for general suggestions/ questions.
If you are using a custom policy profile for each item, then you will need to edit each item to make the change, unfortunately. Please note that the preferred way to use the profiles is by going to "Items" --> "Profiles". Then create a profile (or multiple profiles) that can be used for most of your items. When you edit that profile, the change will then apply to any item that has that profile associated with it.
You can edit your items in bulk using the "Find & Replace" button under "Items" --> "My Items". Note that if you use this option (and set the "Find" attributes so that they apply to all or most of your items), then you can replace the policy profile for your items in bulk. Please let us know should you have any trouble with this.

Ok thanks I might just change the profile currently assigned and that will change the remaining items. I'll have two of the same profiles, but o well.
I don't think the find and replace will work for me in this case since it's the profile I'm trying to replace, or would it? What about my last question in the first post, is it a "no"?
The find and replace option should work for you even though it is the profile you are trying to replace. The replace options include the various profiles. If you are trying to make the change for all of your items, for the "find" option you would need to use a wide parameter that applies to all of your items (for your account the following would work: "Find items where folder is Unfiled" ).
I apologize that I missed your other question. Unfortunately we do not provide a database of your Store data.
Regards,
Nathan
